Custom Software Development
services

As a software development agency, we handle the build fully: discovery, architecture, design, code, and the support that comes after. You get the team the project actually needs, with more developers or an extra designer when needed, so everything is sized to the work.

01

Web Platform Development

Scalable web platforms built for performance, security, and growth.

Our web platform development covers products that work with traffic: dashboards, marketplaces, internal tools. We build the front-end, back-end, and admin panel together, then test for load before launch, so the platform is fully efficient once people start using it.

02

Mobile App Development

Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android with flawless UX.

We deliver custom application development for iOS and Android: native where performance matters, cross-platform where speed to market is more important. Expect the build, store submission, updates after, and design so each app will feel like it is built for any device.

03

MVP Development

Validate your idea fast with a lean, testable product.

Our MVP development services focus on the smallest version of your product that can earn real feedback. We agree on the core features, eliminate everything else, and ship in weeks; We help you to learn from actual users before you spend the bigger budget.

04

Cloud-based Software

Secure, reliable, and scalable cloud-native solutions.

We offer cloud application development services to build software that runs on AWS, GCP, or Azure and scales with demand. You get full set up: the infrastructure, automate deployment, and watch cost, so you pay for what you use, and nothing more.

05

AI Solutions Development

Intelligent software powered by AI, machine learning, and automation.

Custom AI software development starts from the problem investigation. We build what should affect your business: a workflow that runs on its own, a search that returns the right answer. Sometimes AI is the wrong tool, and we will say so early.

06

Multi-tenant SaaS products with robust architecture.

Our SaaS development services cover the essentials of a subscription product, including multi-tenant architecture, billing, user roles, and analytics. We build it to onboard new customers and to keep running as your account count climbs.

07

API Development

RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect your products and services.

We run API development services to create all the vital connections for your product: clean REST or GraphQL endpoints, documented well enough that another team can use them without calling you. We also wire your software into the outside services it needs.

08

Legacy Software Update

Modernize and extend legacy systems with minimal risk.

Legacy application modernization should keep in one piece what still earns money. We move it off aging frameworks in stages and keep the system live the whole time. We value your time, so this service is done quickly.

09

Software Integration

Seamless integrations across tools, platforms, and services.

Enterprise software integration is a work of getting unconnected systems sync reliably. We connect your CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and the tools your teams already use, so information moves once and stays consistent.

10

Software Consulting Services

Get expert guidance to build the right software strategy.

Sometimes you need a build; sometimes you need someone to tell you what to build first. Our software consulting services cover the decisions you can not easily undo: architecture, tech stack, and how to phase the work. You get a plan and the reasoning behind it.

Advanced

AI-powered Software

Our AI software development services put models inside the product, doing a job the user can feel. We work across generative AI, autonomous agents, and the cloud setup that runs it. And we’ll tell you when AI isn’t the answer, instead of selling you one anyway.

Agile Process

Software Development

We work in two- to four-week sprints, ending each one in a build you can run right away. You see progress along the way, and can change course early if you see that your priorities move. You pay against milestones you have signed off. It keeps the project visible, so there are no quarter-long surprises.

Stage 1

Discovery

Requirements gathering, Scope and goals

Before anyone writes code, we figure out what the product needs to do and, just as importantly, what it does not. We gather requirements, agree on scope, and rank features by what is more important for the product. A lot of custom software solutions go off here, so we take our time.

Stage 2

Architecture

System design, Tech stack selection

Once the scope is decided, we work out how the thing gets built. Our team adds the pieces fit together, settling where the data lives, what the stack should be. We pick technology for the long term, so you could have a piece of mind.

Stage 3

UX / UI

Flows, wireframes, design system

We sketch out how people move through the product, checking the flows first, then wireframes, then the visual design. In the end, we deliver a screen someone understands without a tutorial. We also build a design system, so the tenth screen is still like the first.

Stage 4

Development

Art & Animation, Coding

This is where our software development services do the part you can see: engineers building features sprint by sprint, with artists and animators creating the assets alongside them. We review the code before it merges and tests as it is written, so quality is checked on every single step.

Stage 5

Integration

CRM, CMS, analytics, SSO

A product can't operate on its own. We hook it up to the systems around it, specifically your CRM and CMS, the analytics that show what's working, single sign-on so people log in once. We make the data moves between tools by itself and your team will never have to copy numbers between tabs.

Stage 6

Launch

QA, deployment, release

QA checks everything before shipping: edge cases, load, the paths real users take that were not planned for. Then we roll it out through a pipeline that can undo itself if something looks wrong. That guarantees a calm release day for you because we check all the "surprises".

Stage 7

Maintenance

Support, monitoring, evolution

Launch is just a start. We watch the system in production, catch problems before users notice them, and ship updates as the product grows. Because the team already knows the codebase, every fix is going much faster and does not waste your time.

Industries and Niches

Targeted Expertise

Every industry has its own users, rules, and ways things go wrong. We've built across enough of them that our customized software development services come with the context already. So the project moves faster from day one.

Technology stack

Our tech stack

This is what determines whether a software development company can handle everything quickly. Our stack leans on tools that are proven and well-supported, so your product can count on our support.

Expertise and Intelligence

Our Key Advantages

Plenty of studios can write code. Fewer can show you the load tests, the client references, and the products still running years after launch. Here's what sets our work apart.

Built by Experienced Engineers

Most of our engineers have shipped more products than they can count. That experience allows us to overcome wrong turns and not make any mistakes that go to production.

  • Engineers averaging eight-plus years on the team
  • Every bit of code reviewed before it merges
  • Architecture calls made by people who've been burned before
  • A QA pass that assumes users will do something unexpected

AI-Enhanced Software Solutions

We lean on AI inside our own pipeline to generate assets, scaffold code, and speed up reviews. You will have to pay less and wait less, without any of that showing up as sloppiness in the shipped product.

Verified Performance

Clutch reviews, named client references, and case studies you can go check for yourself. We'd rather point you toward a CTO who's worked with us than reach for a pile of adjectives.

The future of workflow

AI-Accelerated Production Models

Two ways to work with us, and both include AI to handle the repetitive parts. You decide how much you hand over and how much your team is responsible for.

Turn-key Production

You hand us the brief and we hand back a finished product. We run the whole pipeline, including planning, design, build, QA, with AI taking the repetitive steps, so the timeline gets shorter.

  • One team that owns the whole build
  • AI handling assets, boilerplate, and first drafts
  • Fixed milestones you sign off before paying
  • A finished product in correspondence to your vision

Co-development

Your team and ours are working in the same codebase, enhanced by AI. We slot in wherever you're stretched and may need a few extra engineers, an art bench, a tech lead etc. We know how to fit into your process well.

How it works

Real-time sync through CI/CD pipelines and direct Slack/Jira integrations.

Custom software development means building software around the specific way your company works, instead of buying a ready-made product and adapting to fit it.

We've seen this play out across game and interactive software projects. Off-the-shelf tools cover the basics, but the moment your product needs custom game mechanics, a specific monetization flow, or a player engagement system that doesn't exist yet, then such a solution can’t be useful.

Custom approach changes that. You bring the problem, and a development team builds exactly what solves it. No unused features, no vendor lock-in, no ceiling on what you can ship next. It makes the most sense when the software is close to the core of your product. You invest more upfront and wait longer for the first version, but you own the code and stay in full control of where it goes.

There's no fixed price for custom software. The cost depends entirely on the scope of what you're building. Scope means how many features the product has, how complex the logic behind them is, how much design work it needs, and how many other systems it has to connect to. The more of each, the more design, building, and testing the project takes, and that's what you're paying for.

As a rough guide, a small tool or an MVP usually lands lower than $10,000. A mid-sized platform with several user types, integrations, and a real backend costs more. Large, ongoing custom software development solutions are priced as a programme.

Two other things move the number: the seniority of the team, and how clear your requirements are at the start. Vague briefs get expensive, because the team builds, learns it was wrong, and rebuilds. We scope your project first, then quote against that, so the number is based on real requirements rather than a guess.

Most projects land between a few weeks and several months, because the timeline follows the scope. A tight MVP can be ready in roughly six to twelve weeks, while a full platform with several user roles and integrations is more often a three-to-six-month build. The really big custom software application development, with releases rolling out for years, never truly wraps up, as it ships a first version and keeps growing.

There are a few things that can stretch the production timeline: scope that grows in the middle of a project, slow feedback when the team is waiting for approvals in order to continue the development process, and vague requirements that make teams rework what they did later.

We work in two to four weeks sprints, allowing you to see a usable result at the end of each. If you set a deadline, we will tell you upfront what we can make in that timeline.

In-house makes sense when software is your core product and you'll be building on it indefinitely, though hiring takes months and the team costs the same whether there's work that week or not. A permanent team learns your codebase and works with it in-depth. Software development outsourcing services fit when you need to move quickly or build something with a clear finish line. You get an experienced team and pay for the work they do.

Many companies combine in-house teams with outsourcing which allows them to have extra-capacity to do more. If you are not sure what suits you more, the best combination is both. If your workload is rather light, then only outsourcing will do.

We offer three engagement models, and the right one depending on how much you want to hand over: Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Co-development.

Fixed Price works when the scope is clear: we agree on deliverables, timeline, and price upfront, then bill against milestones you sign off. You will always know what you are paying for and what you are getting for that. It works well for MVPs and well-defined projects.

Dedicated Team gives you our developers, designers, and artists assigned to your project and run like your own. Co-development drops our people into your existing team when you're short on staff. Tell us about the project and we'll point you to the one that makes sense.

Co-development drops our people into your existing team. When you're short on engineers, missing an art bench, or need a tech lead, we slot into your process and codebase and work alongside you. It suits teams that need to extend their capacity.
